Organic egg, ham or bacon, bell pepper, onion, organic spinach , cheddar or swiss cheese, & dijonnaise or spicy mayo on our honey whole wheat.

Your choice of one of our delicious savory scones (ham & swiss, bacon & cheddar, bacon & cheddar w/ jalapeno, parmesan peppercorn), toasted and made into a breakfast sandwich! Created with organic egg, organic spinach, and dijonnaise or spicy mayo. 

Beeler's Ham, sharp cheddar cheese, fresh organic apple (or peach if in season), and rosemary maple mustard on our sourdough honey wheat.

Our soups are made with seasonal ingredients, therefore they change periodically. Spring & Summer soups are light and refreshing. Fall & Winter soups are hearty and comforting. Anything from Lemon Chicken w/ Orzo to Mom's Chili. Please contact us if you would like to know the current soup we have available! 

Hot honey mayo, pickled carrots and celery, spinach, brined chicken breast, & bleu cheese dressing served on a Carly Mae's baguette. 

Housemade corned beef (made w/ Civil Sass Beef), housemade organic kraut, swiss cheese, reuben mayo, on our marbled rye sourdough.

Creamy havarti, sharp cheddar, and swiss cheeses on our Scarborough Fair sourdough (herb & garlic).
